He helps professionals improve how they effectively influence others and present themselves with appropriate levels of impact. He focuses specifically on quickly establishing rapport and credibility and approaches his work with energy, fun, humility and a wealth of practical experience.

Andy James
Associate Consultant
Andy is an experienced and talented organisational development professional. He combines excellent skills with a strong background in management and commercial roles. His approach is based on a strong commercial foundation, facilitating performance development through the use of real business challenges to provide a vehicle for learning.
Andy has particular interest and expertise in the development of high performance teams. He has used his experience to inform the development of the 5 Components of Team Performance model. This model provides the basis for his Team Performance Diagnostic tool.
Andy began his career with British Aerospace. He held a variety of commercial and project management roles, working on major export aircraft programmes. He was a member of a number of multi-function project teams launching new aircraft projects. He was also heavily involved in a number of major change programmes.
Ian Walker

Prior to setting up his own coaching company in 1997, Ian had reached Director level in Norway’s largest company, managing their UK distribution centre in Birmingham which had a turnover of £35M. Before that he quickly rose through junior, middle & senior management roles in the manufacturing and distribution sectors across the UK.
Ian is an intuitive trainer and coach who knows when to support and when to challenge. With a deep understanding of the theory and practice of effective communication, and building high performing teams. He possesses the presence and authenticity of a professional coach and facilitator. Showing respect, building rapport and confidence, listening, enabling others to realise their full potential and achieve exceptional results in the business context in which they operate.
Ian is an Accredited Belbin team role facilitator and approved Coach for the UK Government’s Business Growth Service. He is a Master NLP Practitioner and Thomas International psychometric profiler for Emotional Intelligence & Personality. He recently achieved ITS Graduate Coach status with International Teaching Seminars approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He originally graduated from Manchester University and later Ashridge Business School, specialising in Management Sciences.
With a passion for learning, Ian has made significant investments in his own Continuing Professional Development over a fifteen year period, enabling him to apply appropriate frameworks to each assignment in close collaboration with clients. Feedback and recommendations attest to his ‘trademark' capacity to turn theory into practice and create the conditions for generative growth long after Coaching assignments are complete.

Liz focuses on developing self-reliance, enhanced communication skills and commercial awareness for management teams. Liz offers both one to one support and mentoring as well as group session, together with built in reviews to ensure participants are getting the maximum benefit available.
Liz enables our clients to achieve nationally recognised qualifications by helping individuals develop their skills, abilities and motivation.

He has worked throughout the UK, Europe, China and Australia. His programmes provide all levels, from those taking their first steps into the world of business through to experienced directors and equity partners, with the skills and confidence to add value to their business.
He is passionate about what we do and find that by delivering our workshops, business simulations and one to one coaching sessions with enthusiasm and flair he brings out the best in people he works with.
